Hamsa offers to live yoga in a dream islands. You can integrate the different aspects of the practice such as the consciousness of anchoring, alignment in the posture, bandhas, ujjiai breathing, pranayama and meditation without forgetting the exploration of Ayurvedic knowledge in terms nutrition and life in harmony with the laws of the universe. Kirtans of satsangs are provided, you will also have free time to explore the island and its magnificent Hindu culture. Susanti being from Indonesia herself can guide you to the best experiences of living on the island of the Gods.
The course includes lessons a day 4:30, 8 nights sleeping in Cangu in the rice fields of Bali 300m from the Indian Ocean and lunch.

Here is the program of a typical day in Bali :
- 7:30-8:00 : pranayama / méditation
- 8:00-10:00 : Vinyasa Krama
- Temps libre (possibilité de visite de l’îles ou surf)
- 17:00-18:30 : Pratique ou workshop
- Temps libre (possibilité de sortie ou Kirtan/Satsang)

Shankara Darby

RYT 50h: with Shankara Darby, son of Joanne and Mark Darby. He teaches you the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga deep energy standpoint. He was born in Mysore in India, so he bathed in Ashtanga since birth. He also studied the Qi qong and follow his master Shalendra Sharma’s Kriya Yoga Guru who taught him mastery of breath and vital energy. We will explore the practice and study of Ashtanga different angles with great inner deep listening and observation. Shankara is both sweet, caring and strong, determined, his teaching is deep, its goal is enlightenment.
750 euros including the courses with 7 nights bed and 6 organic vegan meals.
Arriving on May 19th, start of classes 20, leaving on 25th after class or 26 in the morning.
* NOTE : From 13 people the price no longer includes sleeping you will have to stay elsewhere at your expense during the course. La Gare des Glaciers has a limited number of beds, 13 exactly when those are already reserved you need to find accommodation elsewhere. The first 13 people therefore have the advantage of including the housing.
